Obama signing executive order on firearms.

With Obama making all his grand announcements regarding taking our weapons, our ammo and making the weapons/ammo manufacturers responsible for “wrongful deaths” one would think they had awakened in Nazi Germany in 1938. No, unfortunately, it is 2015 and the criminal federal government is doing everything in it’s power to scare people into handing over the few scraps of Liberty that remain.

Here is the German gun law that was passed in 1938 which began a series of very bad days for the Jewish community, specifically, and the rest of the world in general.

Gun legislation in Germany is considered among the strictest gun control in the world.[1][2] The current law, the German Weapons Act (GermanWaffengesetz), dates from 1972, and includes as well as modifies previous gun laws. This statute regulates the handling of knives, firearms and ammunition as well as acquisition, storage, commerce and maintenance of weapons. It also defines certain forbidden items such as nunchakusswitchblades and brass knuckles and bans their possession and distribution. [Source]

Reichsgesetz_1938

Gun regulation of the Third Reich

The 1938 German Weapons Act, the precursor of the current weapons law, superseded the 1928 law. As under the 1928 law, citizens were required to have a permit to carry a firearm and a separate permit to acquire a firearm. But under the new law:

  • Gun restriction laws applied only to handguns, not to long guns or ammunition. The 1938 revisions completely deregulated the acquisition and transfer of rifles and shotguns, as was the possession of ammunition.”[5]
  • The legal age at which guns could be purchased was lowered from 20 to 18.[6]
  • Permits were valid for three years, rather than one year.[6]
  • The groups of people who were exempt from the acquisition permit requirement expanded. Holders of annual hunting permits, government workers, and NSDAP (the National Socialist German Workers’ Party, aka the Nazi party) members were no longer subject to gun ownership restrictions. Prior to the 1938 law, only officials of the central government, the states, and employees of the German Reichsbahn Railways were exempted.[5]
  • Manufacture of arms and ammunition continued to require a permit, with the revision that such permits would no longer be issued to Jews or any company part-owned by Jews. Jews were consequently forbidden from the manufacturing or dealing of firearms and ammunition.[5]

Under both the 1928 and 1938 acts, gun manufacturers and dealers were required to maintain records with information about who purchased guns and the guns’ serial numbers. These records were to be delivered to a police authority for inspection at the end of each year.

Disarming Jews in Nazi Germany

On November 11, 1938 (the day after Kristallnacht) the Regulations Against Jews’ Possession of Weapons were promulgated by Minister of the Interior, Wilhelm Frick, effectively depriving all Jews living under the Third Reich of the right to possess any form of weapons including truncheons, knives, or firearms and ammunition.[7]

Before that, some police forces used the pre-existing “trustworthiness” clause to disarm Jews on the basis that “the Jewish population ‘cannot be regarded as trustworthy’”.[5]

How does this fit into what is happening today in the U.S.?SDT-2013-05-gun-crime-1-1

We already know violent crime in the U.S. has been trending down for well over a decade and a half, due to the fact that more people than ever are now registered gun owners. “Black Friday” 2015 was the largest single day in the history of background checks for firearms. Smith & Wesson, along with Ruger and Remington, have seen the stock in their companies steadily climb over the past several years. All of this arming of citizens has put the criminals on notice. The criminals no longer have any idea who is armed and who is not, with one gigantic difference – gun free zones. You know, where all themass shootings have occurred. France has some of the strictest gun laws in the world, which made their citizens nothing more than targets when they were attacked in November 2015. The exact same scenario played out in the gun free zone of San Bernardino, California.

You can get a much clearer/more dramatic and up-to-date picture of the declining rate of violent crime in America by clicking HERE>>>

Killer cops really came into their own in 2015. More people were reporting the crimes than ever before. Information you will rarely see, or hear, during the national news broadcast is now being delivered when you wish, on the internet, by some very dedicated people. It is delivered during most of the local news broadcasts, but somehow the victims are usually made into the perpetrator. We are told over and over and over how these gangs in blue are “heroes” and how we are to respect them. A very simple search reveals the truth.  Our society is under attack by the very people that are sworn, hand on Bible, to protect and serve our communities. I guess these rogue mercenaries simply forgot the communities included everyone, not just the ruling and banking class, but all citizens. Their masters/handlers ensure their crimes go unpunished by having the right District Attorney and/or Judge in place so these murders are treated with kid-gloves and, for the most part, the killer cops are not charged like you or I would be if we pulled the trigger.

Let’s take a look at the reality of what has happened during 2015. Who’s the real killer in our society and who is, literally, getting away with murder.

Let’s begin with the number of people that, once brought up on charges of murder, are convicted. How many are arrested and how many are convicted – good luck finding reliable data. Apparently, the Department of Injustice has no interest in gathering these statistics the same way the FBI has no interest in gathering data about the number of citizens that are killed by cops each day/year. Below is what I was able to find, from 2014.

from PolitiFact (in reads like a follow up to an interview with Ruby Giuliani)

Sentencing statistics

Giuliani’s comment in whole is fragmented and difficult to parse, and he didn’t get back to us with further explanation. That being said, we scoured available data that might shed light on his claim about conviction rates.

We couldn’t find a single report detailing the nationwide percentage of people who are charged with homicide and are ultimately convicted — let alone a racial breakdown for that question.

The most recent and comprehensive report we could find comes from the the federal Bureau of Justice Statistics. The report, published in 2009, looks at 2006 data on felony sentences in state courts, where the vast majority of murder cases are tried.

It found that of all people convicted of murder or non-negligent manslaughter in 2006, 46 percent were white, and 51 percent were black. But this is not too helpful for checking Giuliani’s claim.

For starters, this data does not separate out people who identify as Hispanic or Latino. And this finding means that African-Americans account for a grossly disproportionate percentage of murder convictions, since whites and Hispanics currently make up about 80 percent of the nation’s population, compared to just 13 percent for blacks. That undercuts Giuliani’s underlying premise of minimizing racial disparities in jurisprudence.

We also found a 2013 Bureau of Justice Statistics report that looked at felony defendants — that is, people who are charged but not yet convicted — in the 75 largest counties in the United States in 2009. That report showed that African-Americans also make up a disproportionate number of murder defendants. Of all people charged with murder, 12 percent were white, 30 percent were Hispanic, and 57 percent were black.

Either way, these statistics don’t back up Giuliani’s claim, because they do not show the likelihood that someone of either race will be convicted if they are charged with murder.

Here is a chart from the Department of Injustice Statistics supporting the info above.

Screen-Shot-2015-12-30-at-12.48.12-PM

If you look at the 374 charged with murder in 2009, in 75 of the largest counties (why only 75 counties?), that is approximately one third of the number of citizens killed by police in 2014; total number, according KilledbyPolice.net was 1108. Why is the country, as a whole, not reported by the Department of Injustice Statistics?

Now, let’s take a look at 2015. There are two very reliable sources (which you can find a permanent link to on the left sidebar of The Daily Coin) that provide the data the FBI refuses to provide.

KilledbyPolice.net As of December 29, 2015, 1193 (approximately a 9% increase YoY, with two days left in the year)

The Counted (provided by The Guardian, which is a newspaper out of England!) As of December 29, 2015, slightly lower, at 1126.

Now let’s look at the other side of the coin. How many police officers have died in 2015? How many were actually killed by citizens? Once again, we have to rely on the good work and solid efforts of citizen journalist who are concerned about their community, their nation and their world. We can not rely on government for anything, especially, when it involves people.

This comes to us from Officer Down Memorial Page

Line of Duty Deaths: 129

9/11 related illness: 6
Accidental: 2
Aircraft accident: 1
Assault: 3
Automobile accident: 28
Bomb: 6
Duty related illness: 2
Fall: 1
Gunfire: 39
Gunfire (Accidental): 2
Heart attack: 18
Motorcycle accident: 4
Struck by vehicle: 5
Vehicle pursuit: 5
Vehicular assault: 7

As you can see the number of cops killed by citizens is a fraction of the number of citizens killed by cops. The total number of cops “killed in the line of duty” is barely over 10% of the number of citizens killed by cops in 2015. If you remove the obvious – 9/11 related illness, Aircraft accidents, Duty Related Illness, Fall, Heart Attack, you are left with potentially 101 deaths caused by a citizen. Of the 101 deaths that are left we can not say how many were directly related to a citizen. Now the ratio becomes 12 to 1.  On average cops kill a citizen every 7.5 hours in the U.S. while a citizen, potentially, kills a cop once every 3.2 days. I agree whole-heartedly that one is entirely too many – one on either side of the firearm. As grateful as we are for the Officer Down Memorial Page and the fine work they are doing, their information leaves room for improvement. Categories like Assault, five different vehicle listings (4 auto/1 motorcycle), Gunfire and Gunfire Accidental, do not distinguish wether these deaths were directly related to a “call” or if they were under other circumstances. Assault could be domestic violence, Automobile Accident, and ALL other vehicle related deaths, could the family going to dinner or church or another civilian function and have nothing to do with police work. All we know is these police were killed by these means. Gunfire and Gunfire Accidental could be hunting, sport shooting, shooting range and the list goes on as to the origin of how these deaths actually occurred. Once you begin breaking these numbers apart you can then see the exact number of police being killed by citizens in an active police role. Otherwise, the numbers are skewed and simply leave us wanting for details.

This is not meant to belittle anyone’s death for any reason, it simply demonstrates how the well oiled propaganda machine leads the public to believe the cops are continually under fire – nothing could be further from the truth.

I ask again, who’s the real killer? Who is the menace to our neighborhoods and why in the hell would the President want to disarm the citizens of this country, unless it was strictly for nefarious reasons?

War on cops? 2015 one of the safest years for police

“If there’s one police officer killed, that’s one too many” says Lionel of Lionel Media, adding that the same is true for civilians. But while the mainstream media is quick to say that there’s a war on police, violence against officers is down drastically since the 1970s, while both the number of people on the force and the number of people incarcerated are higher than ever.

It seems the Washington Post took an interest as to the number of shooting deaths by cops in America. Here is their report as December 28, 2015, much lower than the other two sources (which are both closely aligned) 977 total killings by cops, while only 18 cops were charged. How many were convicted of murder? How many have served any time for any crime? How many were “suspended with pay”? (a fancy way of saying paid vacation)

Crunching police killings numbers revealed many unknown cases – WaPo reporter

As of December 28, 977 Americans have been fatally shot by police officers in 2015, while only 18 officers have been charged this year over shootings, according to the Washington Post. The paper’s national reporter Wesley Lowery, who was involved with the project, joins RT’s Anya Parampil to discuss why it is difficult to indict a police officer, adding that shooting cases with video evidence have a higher chance of getting to the court.

Criminals should be in front of a judge and the community, by way of a jury, should determine if someone is guilty of murder. Very few of these killer cops are ever arrested or tried in a court of law. Why? Why does the law not work both ways? Why must our neighborhoods be shot up by out-of-control cops who are acting above the law? Why must our children die? I am not saying that anyone is innocent, I am also not saying that “street justice” is the way of a so-called civilized society. Street justice is not justice. Killing someone because you can is not the way we should be acting, especially, if you are suppose to REPRESENT the law.

For all the other non-violent accessories to murder, you know, the “good cops”; when do you begin acting like a good cop and begin turning in these criminals or arresting them before they gun down someone else? When do you take responsibility and act like a “good cop” BEFORE the next reported killing?
