Dear simpkinsmathew,

The first thing you should worry about is how to address an email in a polite and civilized manner when asking a stranger to help you. Start with

“Hello,

Can you help me? I’m trying to find out if there’s a law at a .gov website that talks about ” COMMON LAW VEHICULAR JUDICIAL NOTICE CONSTITUTIONAL DRIVERS LICENSE”

Can you throw any light on this?

Thank you for any help you can provide,

Sincerely, Mathew Simpkins (or Simpkins Mathew or whatever your name is)

The second thing you should realize is that there is no common law “Driver’s license” because you don’t need a license to travel on the roads of America. You’ll never find a .gov website that will inform you of that. So if that automatically makes it not “real” for you, then stop reading here.

I’ve posted a few articles about the subject of the driver’s license in the past. There are many articles on the web. Essentially, a license is required by the state if you are engaged in commerce or the commercial use of a “vehicle” to “drive” (by a “driver”) on the road with “passengers” (taxicabs, limos, buses). The state does not tell you this because they’ve become so accustomed to making tons of money under false pretenses that to reveal the truth would make them look awfully slimy and deceitful, so instead they slyly state that “Driving is a Privledge, Not a Right.” And in the strictest sense of the wording used, they are correct. However, there’s a difference, legally speaking, between “driving” and
“travelling” on the road ~ which they don’t want to talk about or will deny is relevant. If you are “traveling” on the roads and highways of America, as the user or controller of your automobile with “guests” or companions who are accompanying you on your travelling experiencies, then the Constitution allows you to do that without the need to obtain permission from the state (a driver’s license). The Supreme Court has affirmed the right of American citizens to travel on America’s roads and highways in automotive conveyance contraptions as your inalienable right. Therefore, you should print your own laminated card and keep it in your glove compartment to show when necessary: “Travelling is a Right, Not a Privledge”

You have to have liability insurance to travel on the roads, but you don’t have to relinquish ownership of your automobile to the state so they can give you a “Certificate of Title” and then you pay for a yearly “Registration” with license plate renewal sticker,  which is state permission to use (within the rules and regulations of the Motor Vehicle Code, of course) what was previously your own personal property (your automobile) before the state took possession of the auto maker’s DEED to the car and made it THEIR property, merely giving you permission to use THEIR legal property on the highway provided you have an up-to-date “Registration” and the car is “driven” by a “licensed driver.” See?

But this is probably too unreal for your sensibilities, so you might as well keep renewing your driver’s license and play it safe.

Sincerely, Ken
