Evangelicals consistently misidentify the synagogue of Satan as “Israel,” underscoring one of the most salient errors of Protestantism—that every dyslexic with a censored/abridged “bible” is his own little pope. The Hagee-ites and other Judaizers don’t understand—don’t want to understand—that the Old Law is dead and there is a New Chosen People.
The synagogue of Satan (Apocalypse 2:9; 3:9) was instrumental in the development of the Scofield Concordance that forms Zionist dispensationalism. While he was in prison, Scofield began studying the philosophy of John Darby, pioneer of the Plymouth Brethren movement and the “any moment now” rapture heresy.
Upon his release from prison, Scofield deserted his first wife, Leonteen Carry Scofield, and his two daughters Abigail and Helen, and he took as his mistress a young girl from the St. Louis Flower Mission. He later abandoned her for Helen van Ward, whom he eventually married. Following his Illuminati connections to New York, he settled in at the Lotus Club, which he listed as his residence for the next twenty years.
It was here that he presented his ideas for a new Judeo-Protestant “Bible” concordance, and was taken under the wing of Samuel Untermeyer, who later became chairman of the American Jewish Committee, president of the American League of Jewish Patriots, and chairman of the Non-sectarian Anti-Nazi League,the same Samuel Untermeyer who before any other nation declared World War 2 in his 1933 declaration of war on behalf of World Jewry against Germany.
Untermeyer introduced Scofield to numerous Zionist and socialist leaders, including Samuel Gompers, Fiorello LaGuardia, Abraham Straus, Bernard Baruch and Jacob Schiff. These were the people who financed Scofield’s research trips to Oxford and arranged the publication and distribution of his Concordance.

In 2015 many Judaizers pushed their shemitah superstitions, pretending that, despite Jesus’ clear statement that “no man knoweth” (Mark 13:32), that they know the time because of the dead letter of the shemitah.
Two key points for those who believe Jesus, not the rabbis:
- The New Covenant ended the legitimacy of the shemitah.
- Under the Old Law the shemitah included forgiveness of all debts.
Research “prozbul.” You will never see the Judaizers tell the embarrassing truth about the shemitah. The rabbis make a phony claim that Rabbi Hillel’s prozbul loophole was intended to protect the poor (a line of manure that Wikipedia parrots), but the prozbul transfer of private debts to the public ledger and then, after the shemitah year, transferring the debt back to the original creditors actually harmed poor debtors. As Jesus charged, this is just one of many examples that the rabbis “voided the commandments of God for the traditions of men” (Mark 7:7-9) The prozbul is a phony loophole concocted by the rabbis to allow debts to be collected after the shemitah year and it was Hillel’s loophole that protected not poor people, but the banksters of his day.
