Ingredients needed:
- 1 lemon
- ½ pound carrots
- 3 oranges
- 1 kg of beetroot
- 3 apples

Wash and clean the above listed fruit and vegetables and put them altogether in a blender. Blend until you get smooth mixture. Pour the drink in a glass and keep it in the fridge.

Bah, humbug. Another one of these “eat fresh fruits and vegetables” type-articles. Rabbits eat nothing but fruits and vegetables, and how long do they live? Not very long. My last rabbit lived for 12 years because I fed him kitchen scraps, vegetable peels, stale bread, etc. served on a paper plate, which he always devoured before he hit the “real” food. he also lived in a household where he was loved.
Considering how old I am I’m in remarkably good health despite smoking, drinking, drinking coffee, not sleeping, and eating mostly meat. I DO, however, eat about 1/2 of one whole garlic head every day and that’s made all the difference. I also avoid sugar, MSG, aspartame, shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant, and anything artificial, and I take every vitamin, mineral, and nutrient supplement known.
You don’t need fruits and vegetables to survive. Just think of the Inuit people, who eat nothing but meat.
