Escalated US War In Syria And Iraq Coming

Days earlier, Defense Secretary Ashton Carter announced more US combat troops coming to Syria and Iraq besides numbers already there – on the phony pretext of combating ISIS, America’s ally, not enemy, along with likeminded terrorist groups.

Carter claiming Washington intends to degrade and defeat this scourge is a complete hoax. It flourishes because of US-led Western and Saudi/Turkish-led regional support. It wouldn’t exist otherwise.

Washington’s so-called “advise and assist mission” is cover for escalated naked aggression, supporting terror war against Syria and Iraq, heading to Libya, aiming to counter Russia’s effective aerial campaign.

On February 1, US commander of Iraq and Syria military operations, General Sean MacFarland, indicated what he called “good potential” for greater numbers of US-led “coalition” forces in both countries.

Claiming it’s to combat ISIS is a complete hoax. He’s reviewing numbers of troops and capabilities needed together with rogue allies – “to increase pressure on the enemy,” he duplicitously claimed.

He left unexplained what numbers of US combat troops together with “coalition” ones are intended, or the precise deployment timetable.

“(W)e’re looking for the mix,” he said. He lied about US bombing indiscriminately killing civilians. They suffer most in all American wars, victims of imperial viciousness. Millions of corpses attest to its barbarity.

MacFarland claiming the Pentagon is “bound by the laws of armed conflict…to minimize the potential loss of innocent life,” is a bald-faced lie.

Washington’s indicated escalated war in Iraq and Syria provides the backdrop for farcical Syrian peace talks, a US-orchestrated charade, a scheme designed to fail, Assad and Russia to be wrongfully blamed, a pretext for endless war.

America is the greatest threat to humanity in world history. Its rage for dominance risks the unthinkable, the madness of possible nuclear war.

Its endless conflicts may turn planet earth into smoldering ruin, killing us all.

A Final Comment

On February 1, sham Syrian peace talks officially began. Pro-Western/pro Saudi interlocutor UN envoy to Syria Staffan de Mistura failed to explain they’re doomed to fail, a waste of time, a US-orchestrated charade.

Washington wants war, not peace, things settled militarily, Syria turned into another US vassal state, its resources stolen, its people exploited – what imperial strategy is all about.

Wherever America shows up, endless wars, ruin, devastation and chaos follow.
