I have to state something before this goes further. I spent many years in Houston, TX in both activist and reporter roles. Houston TX sees their share of protests and incidents at them. If there is a counter protest to an originally scheduled protest; the counter protest had to keep a specified distance from the originally scheduled protest. This is a matter of safety, for both sides, as well as those in any building or immediate area. Harney County Sheriffs dept. LET DOWN the citizens of Harney County by not adhereing to protest logistics properly. The counter protesters should have been across the street. Just sayin’…
