Man arrested after he strips naked at airport (VIDEO)

A 53-year-old man was arrested and charged with indecent exposure after he entered the Nashville International Airport completely naked and nonchalantly stood in line at the American Airlines ticket counter.

Eric Brian Cherry, whose backside will forever be embedded on the internet, was escorted out of the airport, to his parked car to get some clothes, then to the back of a patrol car and on to jail.

The reaction to Cherry’s fiasco was varied – some laughed, while others showed concern about how he was able to get past security without any clothes.

Witnesses said Cherry didn’t seem irate or angry, but quite the contrary – he was smiling. Authorities, however, say this isn’t the first go-around with Cherry and his bare bottom. In fact, he was arrested in 2009 for a similar feat.

The craziest thing ever happened today at the Nashville Airport! As @katiesubleski and I were waiting in line to get her boarding pass this guy walks up out of nowhere totally naked and stood in line before the police arrested him! That's Katie and I to the left!
