It’s Your Backyard Ventura County On Monday February 22, 2016 at approximately 3pm, officers from the Special Enforcement Unit conducted a traffic stop in 2400 block of Statham Ave. Officers made contact with the driver, 37 year old Oxnard resident Lorenzo Garcia, who is on probation.
