It’s Your Backyard Ventura County Ojai resident 37 year old Dallas Wilson of Oak View died on September 22, 2015 from a heroin overdose. Investigators from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Bureau and Ventura County Interagency Pharmaceutical Crimes Unit (PCU) investigated Wilson’s death and identified Oak View resident 32 year old Dayn Manson as the source of heroin.
