that's the really interesting revelation in this background information interview with long-time friend Al Bielek about (the late i.e. murder by suicide'd) NATO-geologist and DUMB or Deep Underground Military Base engineer Phil Schneider.
Phil's dad Oscar Schneider was (allegedly) a Commander in the Germany's WW2 U-boat fleet and became (allegedly) a Chief Medical Officer in the US Navy, or that's the cover story of the cover story of the cover story… so, what's the real story?
