US President Barack Obama has accused David Cameron of being “distracted by a range of other things” in the aftermath of the 2011 military intervention in Libya.
In an interview with The Atlantic, Mr Obama said the British Prime Minister stopped paying attention soon after the NATO-led operation that led to Muammar Gaddafi’s toppling.
