Research has shown that you should eliminate Heinz ketchup from your diet and start consuming organic products instead. This ketchup type is definitely harmful to your health, and these are the main facts that prove this:

Heinz ketchup has no nutritional value

This ketchup type contains no nutrients like proteins and fibers, and it involves so reduces tomato content, that it has a microscopic lycopene amount.

It includes high fructose corn syrup

Doctors warn that consumers of Heinz ketchup have an increased risk of developing serious diseases, such as obesity, diabetes and heart disease, as it includes  high fructose corn syrup made from GMO corn.

Namely, newest research has demonstrated that high fructose syrup is high in mercury, which is an extremely toxic heavy metal, and should be avoided at any cost.
