Bro we have reached a point where there is little recognition of the rule of law by both corporations and government entities alike. A perfect example can be found in today’s healthcare industry, how chronically ill patients are being denied pain relief because they refuse to sign demeaning suspicion based contracts in addition to the usual penal code restrictions on criminal behavior already in place, or participate in random drug screens without a single precursors or indicators of prescription abuse.
Here in the contrived drought stricken state of California it is a criminal offense under the Health & Safety Code’s Patient’s Bill of Rights to refuse to treat a patients pain without making a referral to a physician who will yet the law is ignored, this blatant discrimination continues and legitimately suffering patients are being forced to agonize in a ploy designed to rescue diminishing profit associated with the demand and increased cost for their favored generic substitution for opiates. Chronic pain has reached an epidemic level in this country, the healthcare industry in response has embraced desperate and unethical tactics in an effort to continue fleecing Americans.
Many suffering patients have taken to the streets paying extravagant prices for painkillers, or they resort to narcotics like heroin out of sheer desperation. Sadly this act of survival then gives credence to the industry’s false claims of chronic pain patients pushing their medication to others including school children. This claim made by corporate policymakers and then supported by the phony CDC and FDA to justify that which directly conflicts with the American Medical Associations own data. The police and other governmental authorities are no different. The “Whatever It Takes To Get-R-Done” is the prevailing modern strategy exercised by those who claim dominion over us. It’s just a hunch, but I think we all better get used to equal or worse violations of not just the Forth Amendment but a universal trespass that will include the entire Bill of Rights. We are after all living in the days of great tribulation. Things will no doubt get far worse before they get better.
