Suicide by cop means that you have weapon that your are threatening them with to make them shoot. He was trying to bring their attention away from the truck. That is why he got out so quick LaVoy knew they were setting them up to be killed. Lavoy did not have a gun on him. as soon as he stepped out of the car he was shot.

First off they provide a cut up version of video! This starts after they shot at the truck several times and after Payne got out! Then we see the kill stop, which is clearly not the whole video because all witnesses say hundreds of shots fired! And what about the end of the video where we have the scum flipping the bird! And what about the video that appears to show one of them bend over and shoot point blank in the face / head!
But, so what! If fedgov were constitutional, and followed the “rule of law” then non of this would have happened! The feds wouldn’t have been stealing land for the past 40 years! There would be thousands of happy ranchers out west! There never would have been a Hammond case! There never would have been a Bundy case! And LaVoy would be on his ranch riding his horse living large with his family!

You can clearly hear them saying they were taking gun fire as they came around the corner!

The Oregon legislature essentially admitted that LeVoy was murdered in cold blood when they voted overwhelmingly to secret the identies of his killers. But they did produce a slick video of his killing, too slick. That is why it was not provided right away.
The video proves this woman’s version of events was absolutely true. The government hired mercenaries to do the dirty work. This was a planned murder. And now the killer’s have blood on their hands… And you can never clean that off.
