I've finally figured out what Hillary's campaign voice reminds me of! It's been nagging and nagging at me (kinda like Hillary, herself) for months. She tries to modify it from time to time when her handlers are able to convince her to tone it down, or perk it up, or sound more sincere. But, the sound of that voice always comes back to this:
I'm with you, Peppermint Patty.
