an “enclosed space”. A vacuum is only a circumstance in existence.
By your standards is water then only found in a glass? A vacuum is a “state”.
Just as a high pressure system is a state of existence, the opposite of a
vacuum. High pressure systems are not in an enclosed space are they?

Lesson 2 for Veil : How does a rocket breach a vacuum? Since you don’t
believe in space, nothing will matter that I explain, because you are TFG.
Let’s try it anyway.
Space (the vacuum surrounding us) is the “norm” in the known universe.
The Earth is just a high pressure system existing in the vacuum. Other
planets with atmospheres, are also high pressure zones existing in the
vacuum of space. Now if we send a rocket or any other object into space,
it does not pierce any boundary, or cause any punctures in some
invisible membrane, (as you seem to be thinking). The rocket takes
off inside of the high pressure atmosphere, and as it rises, the high
pressure atmosphere, becomes less and less until such a time as
there eventually is no more atmosphere at all. It is a gradual loss of
atmosphere. Think of this example.. If you were enveloped in fog,
and you walked slowly out of the fog bank, the fog being our atmosphere
in the example. You would notice the fog getting less dense as you
came out of the fog bank. So our rocket is in the atmosphere, and
the higher it travels, the less (fog) atmosphere, until it finally has
left the high pressure or atmosphere. So there is no breach to
break. It just flies out until there is no more atmosphere. Then
it has reached space.

The same sources claimed that there were other ways to go places, such as teleportation chambers called, “Jump Rooms” that, rumor has it, all newly elected US presidents take a jump to Mars, as, even Obama is said to have visited…too bad they couldn’t have left him there. These technologies being in existence at the time of the speech and commitments held within, by, JFK, enabled him to make the commitment to go to the Moon by the end of that decade.
