Do a search on (either) borax removes fluoride, or, iodine removes fluoride from your body.
Barbi Mcgill has a video on YouTube that shows how to mix 1/8 teaspoon of Borax in a gallon of water to remove fluoride. (But WATCH OUT, “she’s a flatearther”!! LOL)
