Snapchat video shows toddler with gun (VIDEO)

Some residents in Memphis are urging authorities to take action after a video surfaced on Snapchat showing a toddler holding a handgun.
“It was disturbing,” said resident Henrietta Terry after viewing the video, which was sent to local media from a concerned citizen.
“I don’t understand how a parent could let a child play with a gun,” Terry added. “That was a toddler, a baby. What if the baby had dropped the gun? Any number of things could have happened. Guns are for protection; they are not to be played with.”
Several individuals in the video are seen with guns, although one of the men later claimed they were fake.
Still, investigators with the Memphis Police Department said they know the identity of the man holding the baby with the gun and an investigation is underway.
