The Four Laws That Hillary Clinton Broke (but Will Probably Never Be Charged For)
We keep hearing how “any day now” Hillary is going to be prosecuted for her email server crimes.
How there are over 150 FBI agents working the “case” that’s building daily against the former first lady turned presidential hopeful.
That she not only had classified documents on her private, unprotected email server, but sensitive documents that were even above top secret. That FBI Director Comey has been meeting biweekly with the Department of Justice’s Loretta Lynch on the case that is spelling Hillary’s doom. That if Lynch doesn’t proceed with charges against Hillary, there will literally be a revolt in the FBI with dozens of agents walking out.
If all of that is true, then why does Hillary seem to know she isn’t going anywhere?
How hard is this case to “investigate” really? The evidence is already out there that Hillary committed at least three felonies cited in Title 18 of the U.S. Code of the Espionage Act, and a misdemeanor too!

Section 793 applies to anyone who has been “entrusted” with information relating to the national defense. The law applies to a federal official who “through gross negligence permits” information “to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, to be lost, stolen, abstracted or destroyed.”
Section 798 applies to any government official who “knowingly and willfully communicates” information “to an unauthorized person.”
Section 1001 addresses giving “false statements.”
Clinton and her aides also could be charged under section 1924, which is a misdemeanor. This was the April, 2015, charge former CIA Director David Petraeus negotiated with prosecutors for sharing classified information with a mistress who also served as his biographer.
But for all the media clamoring over these potential charges, it all seems like a lot of hot air. Hillary didn’t get to where she is without making an artform out of backbiting, dirt collecting, threats, the usual dirty politician stuff. More so. Word on the street is the whole reason she’s supposedly had a clean run with little actual opposition in this race besides Sanders is because she called up and threatened the majority of her potential adversaries. If she went down, can you imagine how many she would take with her on the way?
Besides, Lynch has already indicated that the DOJ doesn’t have to charge Hillary with anything, even if the FBI hands them an airtight case complete with video proof that shows Hillary committing a crime. That’s apparently how elite “justice” (also known as “just us”) actually works in this country.
Meanwhile, the State Department has filed documents with the court to attempt to “fine-tune” and “limit” questions to current and former State Dept. officials surrounding this case and to make certain questions completely “off limits” entirely (via The Hill):
State Department lawyers want a federal judge to require that any questions asked to current or former State Department officials as part of an ongoing court case involving Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton’s private email server be “limited” and fine-tuned ahead of time.
In a court filing late Tuesday evening, government attorneys asked the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to limit questions to the creation of Clinton’s personal email system.
Other topics — such as the handling of classified information, the FBI’s ongoing investigation connected to the server or the unusual employment arrangement of longtime Clinton aide Huma Abedin — should be off-limits, the government insisted.
Come on. They aren’t going to touch Hillary with a ten-foot pole. And you can tell she knows it.
