Sensitive people have sure had a hard time this March – April.
I can divide them into three groups:
The weariness:
Which for many has been difficult to pinpoint exactly, as to the reason for them being drained and somehow hitting a melancholy vibe, where they would go very, very silent on the inside and externally. A feeling of pause, spiritually flat lining or: a somehow numb emotional feeling as goes for their purpose in life, also flat lining in doing things they would normally feel very passionate about.
The hyperness:
Which for many has also been very difficult to master. A feeling of not having time enough, throwing themselves into multiple tasks and into a state of spiritual stress, doing things in an abrupt pattern that is not symmetrical, and losing sight of their inner tranquility.
The unsettledness:
Which has been a very poor sense of grounding. Not having their feet solidly planted on the ground, but a sense of floating around in orbit, having trouble engaging in the more physical aspects of their lives, forgetting to eat, overeating, craving for sweets, craving for a feeling of: plugging into the physical demands of life.
We took a celestial very cool hard hit and some say to me: I know something in me is changing, but I don’t really know what and why.
Yes, sometimes it gets like that: We don’t necessarily know what is going on, we just know something is going on, and coming out on the other side of it, we can suddenly see it. Something has Lifted. Something is much clearer now and a toning of a new settledness is slowly, slowly appearing as clouds scattering struck by sudden sunlight and a promise of something beneath it being somehow brighter now.
What is brighter now, is the light within.
We just have to emerge from the rubble and the shadow it left behind and that always creates a void, something’s left and when something leaves, it creates a void that used to be filled up with what we apparently ‘lost’ in the transition.
The spiritually clever thing to do, is still for a couple of weeks, since this cosmic influx is wearing off the first weeks of May, is not to fill the void with old stuff, but to sit it out, look inside and see and take ownership of what really changed.
The influx did target the Ground Chakra, The Hara and the Solar Plexus. It offered a transition, and that is why I posted the Hara Post, to help people ‘lift it up’ and support the energetic changes within our system.
The unsettledness mentioned has its origins in the Root Chakra and when we lose contact with that, the best remedy is to eat ground foods, keeping up a daily practice of focusing on our feet when we feel we lose our grounding. We can’t exist without a healthy root chakra which besides all the qualities it stands for also connects us to Gaia and the Spirit within her planetary pulsing heart.
So if you feel that you are there right now, provide for your grounding, since when you do it will keep your Crown Chakra healthy and open to its connection to changes in the Celestial influx.
