Unfortunately, I am compelled to close down my GOFUNDME fund-raising campaign for my friend Sylvia at this time. For the past two years I have been raising support and working part time to help provide Sylvia with quality care in my home. Sylvia has suffered from stage 4 pancreatic cancer, lymphoma and other serious health issues.
More recently, her heart has been suffering recurring symptoms of heart attack. Tragically, after raising donor support to purchase important health care items (special supplements/vitamins/foods) to help her urgent heart condition, EVERY DOLLAR OF SUPPORT RAISED had to be spent on having my brakes completely replaced this week.
I have used my vehicle almost daily to shop for organic foods for juicing, etc., for Sylvia. I also had to begin a small part-time job to try and help financially with this situation. It is impossible for me to therefore be without the use of my vehicle, and so the brakes had to be repaired. But there went Sylvia's support for health needs, and I have finally concluded that I simply cannot continue any longer, due to insufficient finances.
For the wonderful people who have faithfully given throughout the past two years, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!
However, taking care of a sick person often becomes very expensive, and there simply has not been enough regular donor base support to continue to provide care for Sylvia, although I am VERY thankful for the faithful supporters throughout the months, who DID care enough to give to help me take care of Sylvia for the past two years.
And for those of you who sent us support, you helped both of us immensely… especially Sylvia's health to prosper and be blessed these past two years.
However, with my most recent crisis of over $800.00 in repair bills to replace all four brakes (calipers, rotors and pads) on my truck, all the support raised to provide care for Sylvia unfortunately had to be used for this…and I still owe financially for utilities at my RV park and for part of the brake repair work as well.
My ability to continue to assist Sylvia at this time is unfortunately finished, due to these and other financial difficulties. It makes me feel very sad at this time.
I have enjoyed this work immensely, however, and am very sorry it must come to end at this time for reasons stated.
Sylvia will soon be relocating to another place. I WILL MISS HER SO! Please pray for her to have a peaceful transition, and for her to receive the ongoing help and support that she will need. God is faithful, He will go with her, and He will provide.
PRAY FOR SYLVIA'S MIRACLE OF DIVINE HEALING AND BLESSING TO CONTINUE WITH HER WHEREVER SHE GOES!
Praise God with me for the progress we made in Sylvia's health, through God's divine help and strength, and through people like YOU who care enough to give and help support us!
