Video: Outrage After Woman “Walks Dog” by Holding His Leash out the Window While Driving
Just how lazy can a person actually get?
Apparently this woman didn’t want to have to actually walk her dog, so instead she got in her car and held his leash out the window while the dog ran alongside her car as she drove throughout the city of Stockton, California.
Amanda Brajkovich shot the film below on her cell phone and confronted the lady at a stoplight, who claimed the dog had enough slack so it was fine. Even the teenager the local news channel interviewed said this was not fine.
Police reviewed the video and charged the owner with distracted driving.
