This is not a joke! The U.S. Army is in fact using the release of the upcoming sequel to a blockbuster hit: Independence Day: Resurgence, in theaters June 24, 2016, with the slogan “United We Survive | Join the ESD,” for recruiting! This is a REAL U.S. Army website:

“Twenty years ago the world escaped the clutches of extinction,” explains the strident voice-over of a politician, who sounds a little like Hillary Clinton. “We must never forget our survival is only possible when we stand together. We have found strength and unity as a planet, and that strength has brought us the power to survive.”
What on Earth are they trying to tell us?
Another commercial features a man talking about how proud he is of his daughter who, like him, has enlisted to fly jet planes against the alien horde back in the war of 1996. Did I sleep through this war? “Be someone’s hero,” the text of the commercial says in big letters. “Paid for by the U.S. Army,” it says in much smaller letters.
SINCE THE WAR OF 1996, THE EARTH SPACE DEFENSE HAS BEEN PREPARING FOR THE NEXT GREAT ALIEN INVASION. WE’RE LOOKING FOR THE BEST AND BRIGHTEST FROM AROUND THE GLOBE TO JOIN THE ESD, AND PROTECT MANKIND. OUR PURPOSE IS SIMPLE: DEFEND EARTH’S INDEPENDENCE AT ALL COSTS.
Are we actually being led to believe a war between humans and aliens did break out in 1996 that we were not made aware of? Is it possible this war DID break out and we have all been ‘neuralyzed?’ Is there something our vets are not telling us?
Ronald Reagan did speak of the advantages of an ‘outside alien threat’ several times throughout the ’80s as a way to unite humanity under a common purpose. To save ourselves. Has the alien invasion occurred? Or is it possible this is all being staged because we are waking up to the FACT that there are no weirdos in turbans trying to hijack our planes…

If you want people to believe something you do it with the soft sell. So you get them to believe something without them even knowing they are believing something. Normalising something is how it’s accomplished. Movies and television normalise things, like being recruited to fight an alien invasion. It’s the first step towards moving whatever it is they want you to believe from the big screen to reality.
Of course there is not going to be an alien invasion, but they want you to think there’s going to be one. And they want to normalise “signing up” to fight the aliens.
Divide and conquer is the oldest trick in the book of war. Fighting an imaginary foe is not going to scare people into begging for a one world government for their own “protection.” It has the potential to divide us into believers and non-believers. They’ve run out of earthly ways to scare us, so now they have to use unearthly ways.
That leaves scaring us with space and aliens. There’s simply nothing left to scare us with except that.
Unfortunately they possess hidden advanced technologies they will use to make an alien invasion look real. I think the odd cloud formations (cities projected onto the clouds) are part of that fake invasion. They are also responsible for most of the UFO spottings all over the world.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see them destroy some small town and then claim the aliens did it. Basically, an alien invasion is merely 911 all over again.
