It’s Your Backyard Ventura County Robert K. Capellini (DOB 12/14/52), of Camarillo, has been arrested for two felony counts of grand theft by embezzlement. The felony complaint alleges that between April 2014 and February 2015, he embezzled funds from the Camarillo Fiesta Association.
