As we live our lives we pick up and gain new things and we also lose some of those things. These are usually material possessions but sometimes they are parts of ourselves. They get lost because we as people adapt and change based on the life experiences we face. I am one of those people who has at one time or another lost something.
When that happened i found the part of myself i had lost when i was a child. The part that the system and life experience blasted out of me at a young age. I like to call it my true self. And i soon realized that if you look at who you truly are, and i mean truly. Strip away your possessions. Your privileges. All that is you on the outside and look within. You will realize we all have something golden within ourselves.
These are as follows: Integrity, Authenticity, Compassion, Courage, Truthfulness
I give you this inner look into me, My nickname is Shep! it has always been me. I am the one who stands, the one who helps, the one who fights, the one who has the courage to defend those weaker than himself, I am the one who is Truthful to the bitter end. I am the one who will sacrifice all his personal life gains in monetary or material possessions for his core values.
Because when it’s all said and done. All any of us really have is who we are! and to betray your Integrity, Authenticity, Compassion, Courage, Truthfulness. Is to betray yourself. And to betray yourself is unforgivable. When i close my eyes for the last time, I will depart with a smile.
This will be the most insightful and passionate post i ever write. Because it comes from a place of Authentic Love for the world and those around me.
Keep fighting the good fight. And remember. NEVER EVER LOSE WHO YOU ARE! Even if that means accepting death because you will not bend to the will of tyrants.

honesty is the only morality there is–the only one recognized by god –i know what the f ing bible thumpers think–screw them–they are insane liars or delusional in their thoughts,warped by whacked out scripture,written by some dude in a cave after a hard night of drinking–even god does not read the bible–never has–never will–was not written by god either–god does not think about scripture–will never have a conversation about it with anybody–god is way above petty ramblings of humans–and god knows we are stupid idiots so our salvation is guarranteed even to whack out bible thumpers/christians or else hell would be already full with them because of their self righteous,holier than thou,i am god,know everything,you dont ways..party on….
In the beginning was the word and the word was with god.
That doesn’t exactly mean that the one telling you they are god, is actually god! In fact, I think a couple religions (dogmatic) in particular are worshiping something that is not the god they seem to think it is. Their own big clue? The fruit they bear. Hoping they start to get it soon, but as they are trained and programmed to fear everything outside their ‘church’, I wont hold my breath for it to happen.
