The Conservative Tribune reports President Barack Obama’s intense hatred for the United States was on display once again, this time in Japan when he elected to honor the dead of the enemy during a trip to Japan while ignoring the American soldiers who died fighting for freedom on the islands so close to where he was speaking.
President Barack Obama’s intense hatred for the United States was on display once again, this time in Japanwhen he elected to honor the dead of the enemy during a trip to Japan while ignoring the American soldiers who died fighting for freedom on the islands so close to where he was speaking.
Just in time to begin the process of transformation of Memorial Day from a day of remembering those who served and died to protect our freedom to a day of shame for Americans with the nerve to stand up for their freedom, Obama took the first step in condemning our willingness to drop a bomb on Hiroshima in order to stop World War II.
Speaking of a “silent cry” for the victims of the atomic bomb that dropped in August of 1945, effectively ending Japan’s engagement in the war, Obama seemed to blame the event on the country he represented.
“The flash of light and a wall of fire destroyed a city and demonstrated that mankind possessed the means to destroy itself,” said Obama. “Death fell from the sky and the world was changed.”
Capitalizing on a poor U.S. education system that fails to properly teach history, Obama’s remarks neglect to mention the unprovoked attack of Americans on Pearl Harbor by Japanese aggressors that pushed the United States into the war in the first place or the absolute hatred of the concept of surrender in Japanese culture at that time.
Obama appeared to be making a case for ‘leader of the world’ when he condemned the use of the atomic bomb, saying, “Among those nations like my own that hold nuclear stockpiles, we must have the courage to escape the logic of fear and pursue a world without them.”
Obama failed to acknowledge the 65-mile march of American and other prisoners during the Bataan Death March, where Japanese soldiers beat, beheaded and otherwise slaughtered those who weren’t strong enough to make the journey to their prisons at the end of the line — largely because of their cultural hatred for those who surrendered rather than take their own lives.
No silent cry for them.
The Bible tells us that every human has sinned and fallen short of the glory of God which is is a heart-penetrating truth. He has provided a way to cleanse us of our sins since we can never be “good enough” to cleanse ourselves. That avenue to God’s grace, mercy and forgiveness (the cleansing of our sins) is through His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ of Nazareth Who is equally God.
Not one of us are guaranteed a “tomorrow”. Has your time run out? Will you continue to ignore the promptings of God the Holy Spirit or have you awakened to the essential need for God, risking eternal damnation?
God the Holy Father, God the Holy Son and God the Holy Spirit are One God, the true, living, uncreated God Who is ever-present, all knowing, all powerful and all loving. He desires that every single person be forgiven, saved and to live eternally with Him. He is our only real protection and His love for you is unchanging. Accept Jesus Christ as your Savior, the true Messiah, today.
You can’t take your salvation for a test drive. You’re all-in or not.
Admit to Him that you are a sinner in need of forgiveness, that you are truly sorry for your sins. Acknowledge that He died for your sins, rose from the dead and lives forevermore. Invite Him into your life and to help you to turn from sin. Rejoice! You just became a Christian! Now trust in Him and get to know Him through the Bible which tells us everything we need to know and through prayer/talking to Him. He eagerly desires relationship with you.
Yea I thought it was kinda shallow of him. Hiroshima was an accumulation of incredibly tragic events that unfolded in the twentieth century.
I believe no man or woman has the ” rite lite ” to apologise for the lives and times of another. You may reflect but you can not speak for those who are no longer here.
