It’s Your Backyard Ventura County On May 25th at 7:35PM a Ventua PD an officer on patrol observed the suspect, identified as Tony Barto, 40 year old , Ventura resident riding as a passenger in a vehicle near the intersection of Ralston St. and Saratoga Ave. The officer recognized Barto and knew he had several outstanding warrants for his arrest.
