Secret Service Special Agent Ron Rowe has never had ultimate oversight for a national security event like a political convention.
“You’d only want to do this once,” said Rowe, the man in charge of security for the Republican National Convention.
Before the Cleveland City Council’s Safety Committee, he exuded confidence, answered critics and assured council members. ” We are prepared,” he said.
