According to Breaking911, the scanner is reporting that the Walmart shooter is down. The site also is reporting that the shooter was an employee who took another employee hostage.
Update: The city of Amarillo just yesterday commented after learning of the shooting in Orlando over the weekend that it was prepared for active shootings.
