The IRS has been forced by the House and Ways Committee to apologize for misapplying structuring laws and return assets and funds that were taken from law-abiding citizens. This opens the door to absolve Kent Hovind of his prior conviction. Structuring laws were passed by Congress to go after drug dealers.
