Oregon Live is reporting “The federal investigation into an FBI agent’s apparent firing of gunshots at Robert “LaVoy” Finicum and the alleged FBI tampering with evidence at the scene has gone to a grand jury.”
There is still a battle going on about what, if any, of the Feds memorandum and other evidence, Judge Anna J. Brown will allow the defense to see. I thought that if one is presumed innocent, information (like witnesses commiting perjury) that the prosecutors have that might help them is just as important to share as that which might go against their case. The FBI, and the unidentified people who murdered LaVoy Finicum need to be held accountable. Let’s hope the Grand Jury is a Constitutionaly principled one.
