The official story is that we orbit only once per year, Sicko. The fact that the sun has been verified to be visible at the 65th Parallel below the Arctic Circle make the official story to be a Fairy Tale.
Tilt of the planet parky, there is a wobble, it can observed at any point on the globe at various points in the year. A swing and a miss, but nice try.

Get out your fake Globe and look at where the 65th Parallel is. The Earth would have to tilt a whole lot more than 23 degrees back and forth. There isn’t enough of a wobble to keep up the gravity charade and if it was wobbling that much, it would lose control of the moon by the official Fairy tale.

You see son (hehe) the sun is not on a equidistant parallel with the the earth equator, due to the tilt of the planet and the natural wobble (tracked by even stone age people eg. stonehenge) we can observe the transitions by each fraction of a degree, so yes being observed from below the 65th is normal at certain times or the year.
