On Day 3 of the Democratic National Convention, Truthdig Editor in Chief Robert Scheer confronted Lawrence Summers, Treasury secretary during the Clinton administration, about the role financial deregulation played in the Wall Street crash. He then spoke with Michael Blumenthal who confirmed that it’s an issue that needs to be discussed in the 2016 election.
