“They try to rob him, he has a gun, they don’t know he had a gun, he pulls it out, turns around and starts shooting,” Grier said referring to O’Neal. “All three were shot multiple times.”
Hunter was shot in in the leg and head, Calhoun County Deputy Coroner Shane Adrian said in May. Riggins and O’Neal were both taken to Anniston RMC and then Riggins was taken to UAB Hospital in Birmingham the following day, police had said.
