It is not just in Portland that many of the P3′s have pending trials. Nevada is still ongoing for those charged in events related to the Bundy Ranch Standoff. The good guys won that time, that’s why “they’re” so mad.
Ike Mclean, writing on the Dennis Michael Lynch website, gives a heads up and points out a Las Vegas Review Journal article related to the treatment of evidence and free speech issues in the so called “Occupiers”‘ case ongoing in Portland, Oregon.
“The “Bundy trials” begin in a few days. This comes after Judge Brown’s continuing demands that the defendants not speak of “trivial” issues…like federal land ownership and jurisdiction.
