Second, he has not, as far as I can tell, in fact released any map; he just cracked a joke during a livestream. Moore, on the other hand, has released a map; but seeing as the guy is nuttier than squirrel poo, it can be safely disregarded.

The concept of Heliocentrism is fundamentally correct, but incomplete in its description.
Earth does not revolve around the Sun the way that is commonly believed, rather, She revolves with the Sun but slower; the same as the way the moon circles Earth.
The problem is that Astronomers are not taking the rotation of the Suns core and its equatorial planes magnetism into account. If we did orbit the Sun as believed, surely we would see what is behind the Sun six months of the year and not almost the same sky every night. Earth would also flip polarity as it would have to cross the Suns equatorial plane every 6 months . Our stellar picture shifts 30 degrees every 2160 years at present (Earth is spinning faster but I will explain). That means that Earth rotates with the Suns core but spinning in the opposite direction in Her orbit as is almost everything else in our planetary system. The equatorial velocity is 90 degrees east at midday.
It takes Earth 25920 years for one rotation of the Sun and we do so in reverse contrary to popular belief. We are dragged around the Sun in His rotational direction spinning away just like a magnetic gear so to speak. No one really knows what is behind the Sun yet; hence the misconception of a Nibiru collision? His rotation being opposite to ours gives you the perception of moving around Him fast.

Earth’s cycle, a Great Year oscillates Her across the equatorial plane of the Sun crossing it every 10290 carbon years.

No one exists by the name of Dr. Ethan Trowbridge on the internet. It’s either a fake or madeup name. Feel free to prove me wrong. He has no linkedin, no fb, nothing. He’s part of your imagination. If this had been a real person then this article would be much more interesting.
Real or not, the person is wrong about how pole shifts happen.
It’s not about masses of ice sliding around, or the crust sliding around, either.
It’s not about mass distribution.
What happens is a change in the tilt of the axis of rotation. (relative to the orbital plane)
This occurs from the interaction of our charge fields. Planet X and Earth each have a positive charge, and they repel each other.
Our own inertia flips our planet, when we get this push. It’s like being tripped when you’re running. You flip.

How do you know Planet X has a positive charge?

We know because:
We have had many pole shifts. Egyptian history reported 4 of them. We have evidence of rapid climate change (as in eastern Siberia) and rapid subsidence (New England seamounts, various underwater cities)
It is unlikely for Planet X to get close to us, so often. It must affect us from a distance.
Bodes law describes a pattern to the distance of planets from the Sun. The existence of that pattern tells us the planets maintain their distance (s) by their charge fields.
The charge fields of the stars keep them from clumping together. The charge fields of the Sun and of the planets keep them at specific distances from each other.
And it keeps the orbits stable. Even though Earth is orbiting the spot where the Sun was 8 minutes ago. We are repelled when we get closer.
The flow of electricity into the Sun makes the corona much hotter than the surface. That is how you know the stars have a positive charge. And the planets.
And if Planet X didn’t have a positive charge, it would have long ago collided with something that does. A star, or a planet.
I think that what this man wants to say is that not only the magnetic poles will shift, but also the land masses. A reversal in polarity will make all continents to be relocated to a new position.
