BROCTON, N.Y. – Chautauqua County Deputies are investigating after the victim of an attempted robbery shot one of the suspects.
It happened Friday night at a home on Central Avenue. Deputies say three people came to the home and got into a fight with two people who lived there. One of the residents shot one of the suspects. That person was taken to Erie County Medical Center by Star Flight.
