Guerilla Media Network continues covering the upcoming jury selection and trial for incarcerated activist journalist, Pete Santilli. SSG Moe, now on the ground in Portland, gives us an update on Pete’s plan for the trial. Tom Coan (Attorney for Peter Thomas Santilli) has submitted a motion asking the judge to instruct the Jury on Strictissimi Juris.
Strictissimi Juris:
The most strict right or law. In general, when a person receives an advantage, as the grant of a license, he is bound to conform strictly to the exercise of the rights given him by it, and in case of a dispute, it will be strictly construed.
