The media frenzy over Trump’s alleged links to Putin and Russia were intended to dent his armor and flatten his tires on the way to victory in November.
It looks like Hillary Clinton is caught up in the mess

It turns out that Hillary Clinton’s campaign guru, head of the lobbying firm the Podesta Group, has found himself smack dab in the middle of the same criminal investigation spawned when devious political operatives decide to merge international relations with campaign politics. For weeks, the pages of the Washington Post, the Daily Beast, the New York Times, and the Wall Street Journal have chimed that Trump is a “Putin pawn” as part of some maniacal plot by the Kremlin to interfere with the US election.
The Podesta Group was retained by Uranium One between 2012 and 2015. The Russian-owned company used Podesta to lobby the State Department Clinton had converted into a pay-to-play operation.
Last April The New York Times reported “shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock.”
John Podesta was Bill Clinton’s White House Chief of Staff.
It gets thicker.
Not only are investigators wondering whether there was any impropriety in the lobbying arrangement such as the provision of beneficial treatment by the State Department to an old friend, but they are also probing the work that Viktor Yanukovych’s regime paid the Podesta Group to do while he was the head of the Ukrainian government.
The scandal involves Podesta’s work for Modern Ukraine, a Brussels based organization describing itself as “an advocate for enhancing EU-Ukraine relations.”
Sputnik reports the operation was run by Yanukovych’s Party of Regions.
Suddenly realizing he was possibly in hot water over the deal, Podesta hired the “white-shoe” law firm Caplin & Drysdale as “independent, outside legal counsel to determine if we were misled by the Centre for a Modern Ukraine or any other individuals with regard to the Centre’s potential ties to foreign governments or political parties.”
Politico and The Huffington Post picked up the story late last week but the rest of the establishment media remained predictably silent on the matter.

Admit to Him that you are a sinner in need of forgiveness, that you are truly sorry for your sins. Acknowledge that He died for your sins, rose from the dead and lives forevermore. Invite Him into your life and to help you to turn from sin. Rejoice! You just became a Christian! Now trust in Him and get to know Him through the Bible which tells us everything we need to know and through prayer/talking to Him. He eagerly desires relationship with you.
