I was so happy to see John Lamb stream this interview with Roger, a 78 yr old former Malheur County prosecutor. I got to visit with Roger many times during my week in Portland to stand with the P3s. He was there most days, during business hours mostly. Each interaction with him I went away having learned something, or been given an insight that would definitely stimulate additional contemplation.
This man gets it, because he’s lived it. He’s been around long enough to see the corruption grow and the freedom wither; in Oregon and the whole nation. He is one of our wise elders and we need to heed his words. I am so grateful to have been able to spend some time with him. I have already told my daughter to tell my grandkids that Grandma says to watch this video, and that’s an order.
After decades of service, when he “retired” he started trying to stand up to the encroachment he saw and for his efforts he was arrested 23 times.
The title of this video is a quote of his. Another one I like is, “It’s your ignorance that allows you to be victimized by this corrupt judicial system.”
