“The Syrian Army will win this battle. They will keep winning. They will keep going forward until they clear this land of the locusts, the insects that have invaded Syria.” ~ Tom Duggan
Tom Duggan is seen reporting live from the Syrian National Army front-lines of Project 1070, Aleppo, in the video at the end of this report.
Here is a little background on Project 1070:
“Today, the Syrian army, the National Defense Forces and Hezbollah have launched a successfull offensive in the 1070 Apartment Project in southwestern Aleppo. The Syrian government forces have captured over than a half of the 1070 Apartment Project and are continuing advances on the Al Nusra Front-linked operation room, called “Jaish al-Fatah.”
If the 1070 Apartment Project is fully liberated by the Syrian army and its allies, the Jaish al-Fatah shaky corridor to the militant-controlled areas of eastern Aleppo will become much more vulnerable for advances of the Syrian forces.
Earlier today, Russian Tu-22M3 strategic bombers conducted air strikes near Aleppo, destroying command centres and training camps beloging to the militant groups.
In a separate development, the Syrian army’s artillery and warplanes strikes have reportedly killed some 40 militants and destroyed 11 vehicles belonging to Jaish al-Fatah in the Hama-Idlib countryside.” ~ report here.
