Angry Judge Issues Disastrous Ruling Against Clinton

Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s bad luck keeps getting worse. Now she has an angry judge to deal with, and it doesn’t sound like he’s going to back down.
U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon ruled earlier this month that Clinton and her campaign had until Sept. 15 to produce documents proving Clinton and her aides attended recommended security training meetings and courses while the nominee served as secretary of state, The Daily Caller reported.
No documents were produced, and the judge said he would order depositions of State Department officials to help get to the bottom of the matter. The order demanded a release of one-third of the 400 documents by Sept. 26 and the remainder of them by Oct. 10.
The ruling stemmed from a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed against the State Department by The Daily Caller News Foundation with regard to Clinton’s attendance at security training meetings.
The State Department filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, and Leon rejected its motion on Tuesday. He also denied The Daily Caller’s request to depose State Department officials.
The State Department has not been able to produce any documents confirming that Clinton and her top assistants attended security meetings on how to handle classified information properly and how to conduct secure communications.
Bradley Moss, an attorney representing The Daily Caller, said, “Judge Leon’s Order made clear his frustration with the State Department’s continued obstruction of the FOIA process. State will either meet his deadline or face the consequences of failure.”
Leon has indicated the time sensitivity of the release of the documents, saying they should be released before the November election. He understands that it’s important for the public to know if Clinton and her aides attended these meetings. If they didn’t attend those meetings, it’s equally important for the public to know why.
It looks like Clinton and her team were dragging their feet — what else is new — but this judge isn’t going to let them get away with it

That’s nice but if you think they can’t stall, forge, bribe, threaten or kill anyone they need to in order to escape justice indefinitely then you have yet to understand who this system was made for.
He hasn’t yet received the offer he can’t refuse.
