Russian “Red Alert” Issued After Hillary Clinton Labels All American Parents Sex Criminals

An absolutely shocking report circulating in the Kremlin today prepared by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) is urgently advising that an immediate urgent “red alert” travel warning be issued to all Federation citizens having children traveling to the American State of Arizona after that regions government, with Hillary Clinton’s “guidance”, made it a felony crime of child molestation if parents are discovered to have changed their childs diapers or given them a bath—and that coincides with Hillary Clinton telling all US citizens that their children “belong to the state”. According to this report, in a nation long known for bizarre and outrageous laws such as the State of California this past week outlawing cattle from farting, and whose prisons are so overcrowded the largest prisoner strike protesting slave labour in that countries history is currently ongoing, this latest assault against the American people in making it crime for parents to aid and care for their infant children has no parallel in the entirety of human civilization.
Spurring the Ministries outrage against this American State, this report continues, was last weeks Arizona Supreme Court ruling (No. CR-15-0348-PR Filed September 13, 2016) that criminalized any contact between an adult and a child’s genitals, but made no distinction between criminals and parents with this Court stating that for the first time in American history, parents charged with changing their babies diapers, or giving them a bath, would have to prove themselves innocent, instead of the government having to prove them guilty.
This report does note that the Arizona Supreme Court said in their stunning ruling that if prosecutors did charge parents for changing their child’s diaper, they could argue that they were exercising “their fundamental, constitutional right to manage and care for their children”—but to which top US legal experts replied would put every Arizona parent on the sex offender registry and warned that innocent parents will “sit in prison for quite some time” before a higher court vacates their sentence on constitutional grounds.
One of the most insidious “plans/objectives” behind this law making all parents in Arizona (and any parents visiting that State) criminal child molesters, this report says, is that it now gives Arizona prosecutors the power to dangle the threat of a probable child molestation conviction to coerce any parent of a young child into taking a plea deal on unrelated charges—or, in turn, giving their children to the government so they can be raised.
To Hillary Clinton’s “master plan” in overseeing this court ruling against American parents, this report explains, is her belief that only the government is able to raise children—and is voiced by her most ardent supporters who have previously stated: “We have to break through our private idea that kids belong to their parents or kids belong to their families.”
Supporting Hillary Clinton in her stunning move to take away all children from their criminal parents and put them under her control, once this type of law expands throughout the United States, this report further warns, is the Black Lives Matter organization she supports and who have stated: “We are committed to disrupting the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and villages.”
To the outrage of the American parents who are now all sex criminals for changing their babies diapers and bathing them, this report concludes, is non-existent as the propaganda US media is not allowing them to know about this—but who many will discover fully about it when their lives are shattered as their children disappear into Hillary Clinton’s care and they are left to rot in the great American gulag that in 2015 surpassed the former Soviet Union as being the largest prison system in human history.
