Japanese makeup techniques have been very innovative recently.
After the “hangover makeup” or “ophero makeup”, consisting in placing the blush right under the eyes to create a tipsy face, the trend was then to underline eyes with pink/red liners and powders.. Now the trend is to have slightly reddish eyebrows.
