The Rutherford Institute was one of the few organizations that took a position in defense of Pete Santilli’s First Amendment rights in the Malheur Refuge so-called “stand off” early on.

Today, The Rutherford Institute issued another statement regarding yesterday’s dismissal of all charges against Pete Santilli in Oregon (but Nevada is next).

Santilli now heads to Nevada for a pre-trial release hearing sometime next week.
