The Electric Universe suggests that ALL STARS are a positive anode in an electric discharge network the size of the galaxy that contains it.

Some suggest that Saturn and Jupiter were once brown-dwarf-stars that were 'de-activated' electrically when they were captured by the electric Sun system, dispersing their 'planets' or 'moons' around the Solar System.
