Guilty Until Proven Innocent Ammon and Ryan Bundy Try to Prove their Innocence

The Defense goes back to bat in Federal Court in Portland, OR tomorrow. Harney County Sheriff, David Ward, goes back to the witness stand, but this time called by the Defense. Ammon Bundy will also be testifing to the jury, we’ll see how much Judge Anna J. Brown will allow him to actually say to the jury.
Scott Rohter from http://lessgovisthebestgov.com/ has written a great piece that illustrates what the Bundys, Pete Santilli, and all the other so-called “Occupiers” have had to deal with from the start of the stand up (not stand-off) at the Malheur Refuge, that resulted in the murder of LaVoy Finicum by still unidentified “agents.”
“All of our rights are not enumerated in the Constitution, but all of the Federal Government’s powers are definitely enumerated in the Constitution and there is no power given to the Federal to maintain control over such vast amounts of State land.
It was a sad day when two Oregon State Police officers shot an innocent man in the back for just believing in the Constitution. That was the day I realized that something much bigger than Lavoy Finicum had died in my country. Honor, integrity, and respect for the Constitution have all ceased to exist too…“

Having spent a week on the ground outside the courthouse and jail on Patriot Corner, and in the court in session, the judge is biased, the Feds are arrogant, and the rights of We the People have been getting squashed from the beginning. I am grateful for having had opportunities to speak to people in Portland and show them they are not getting the truth from the press or the government. This is the Feds vs. We the People, and we’d better stand up for ourselves before we can’t anymore. Time is running out.

They are guilty and it’s all on tape. The Bundy’s thought it was great letting the world know what they were up to. They just didn’t know that the filming crew were FBI agents.
They are NOT GUILTY and RatConnel is responsible for setting up LaVoy’s murder. Having been in the courtroom, these guys are not being allowed to be heard. The Feds are jumpy, arrogant, and Judge Brown had to tell them at least three times, the day I was in court, to ALLOW THE DEFENDANTS TO ASK THEIR QUESTION BEFORE THEY OBJECT! It was disgusting. It was confirmed as well that of the many, many, many hours of footage FOX News recorded, they didn’t broadcast the vast majority of it. You better hope they are found not guilty, because brother, if they are, your ass will be grass soon, too.

They are guilty and they do not have a defense because they are Residents of the District of Columbia.
