(Before It's News)

Jason Richwine, writing for Center for Immigration Studies reports, “It is well known that lower-skilled men in their prime working years — ages 25 to 54 — have left the labor force in increasing numbers over the past several decades. Experts have been reluctant to acknowledge, however, that the work problem has afflicted native-born men almost exclusively.”

The impact escalates dramatically as WND’s Leo Hohmann reported in his 2015 article, ‘Staggering’: 680,000 Muslims to U.S. under Obama. If elected, Hillary Clinton has vowed to significant;y increase those “refugee” numbers. These figures do not reflect the influx of Mexican, Central and South Americans who gain access to the U.S. through our incredibly porous border. Also among those are illegals from Albania, China, Pakistan, Egypt, Somalia, and more than 75 other countries — many state sponsors of terrorism, according to a leaked intelligence analysis from the Customs and Border Protection (CBP), as revealed in this two-year-old Breitbart report.  It’s a certainty the numbers have increased since Brandon Darby wrote,Leaked CBP Report Shows Entire World Exploiting Open US Border.

It is possible to put a foot down and say we’ve had enough. Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott is doing just that by withdrawing Texas from the refugee resettlement programIn his Sept. 21, 2016 statement, Abbot said:

“Texas has repeatedly requested that the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the director of national intelligence provide assurances that refugees resettled in Texas will not pose a security threat, and that the number of refugees resettled in Texas would not exceed the state’s original allocation in fiscal year 2016 – both of which have been denied by the federal government.”

Gov. Abbott is right. America needs to focus on national security, strengthening our military and infrastructure, being energy independent and ensuring our own citizens have employment opportunities. Working Americans provide for their families and, in turn, strengthen our country.
