AN ACT
To halt the wholesale slaughter of the Syrian people, encourage a negotiated political
settlement, and hold Syrian human rights abusers accountable for their crimes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of
America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title and table of contents.
(a) Short title.—This Act may be cited as the “Caesar Syria Civilian Protection Act of 2016”.
