Mary, I’ve lost count of how many times Donald Trump has led his crowds in “lock her up” chants. They’re a staple at every single Trump rally. That’s beyond the pale, but this is one step worse: at a rally in New Hampshire today, Trump supporters started shouting “execute her!” Don’t wake up on Wednesday wishing you’d done more to stop this guy.
